As a Project department manager at Panda Trading system, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the project management department (team of 3 project managers)
- Planing and controlling the R&D program, both projects and maintenance tasks. Reporting the R&D allocation map to higher management on weekly basis
- Planning, Controlling and monitoring the projects from through the project life cycle until its full implementation
- On going improvement of the projects and tasks management processes
- Solve problems throughout project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and engineering team members
- Work with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects.
- Very strong leading and communication skills
- Industrial engineering / Information Technology degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years’ experience as Project Manager from software international companies (Internet companies – big advantage)
- Knowledge of development life cycles
- Experience in program management (advantage)
- Experience in leading processes improvement
- Experience in working with international customers (advantage)
- Experience in working with 3rd parties (advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills
- Well organized with attention to details
