Description

Panda Trading Systems is a private global B2B company with extensive experience and a strong brand that provides software solutions to financial institutions and brokerage companies, operating for 13 years with a central office in Haifa and a number of branches worldwide. The company has 100+ employees with an organizational culture that is focused on excellence, teamwork and innovation. The company is in constant growth and is now looking for a B2B sales manager with a unique point of view, proven experience but still "hungry” that knows how to conduct B2B sales methodologies with an “out of the box thinking” approach.

 Responsibilities:

1. Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)

  • Locate and target new clients and brokerages
  • Close interaction with potential clients - most sales takes place over the phone/email
  • Contacting potential clients and identifying decision makers in order to introduce our company and to build, develop and execute sales strategies

 

2. Search for new client leads.

  • Recruit, manage and develop re-sellers
  • Take a leading role in industry expos and events

 

3. Relationship Management (Internally and Externally) 

  • Working closely with other departments in the organization (client success, support etc.)
  • Escort the customers throughout the sales and on-boarding process
  • Maintain business relationship with existing customers and build partnerships with sales channels which will yield revenues

 

4. Conduct market research

  • Analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc
  • Keep up with industry changes (regulation, payments. etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business/finance/economics) - MUST
  • Previous B2B experience in the online gaming or Forex  industry – MUST
  • Sales and Business development experience - MUST
  • Prior experience in online brokerage as a conversion / retention manager.
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English & Hebrew - MUST, additional languages - advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong ethical code and principles
  • Self-motivation, responsible and independent individual who is also driven and goal-oriented
  • Agile, dynamic, out-going team player who is both organized and efficient
  • Interest in the financial markets
