Description

We are looking for a relationship driven Customer Success Manager with tech recruiting experience.

The Customer Success Manager will create, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as provide directions for growth by evaluating and analyzing data, collecting clients' feedback, and sharing insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers and provide best practices in using our platform effectively

  • Maintain ongoing communication and grow relationships, set and manage customers’ expectations

  • Monitor and analyze metrics to proactively improve the performance of customers

  • Deep understanding of Woo platform and the benefits publishers gain by using it

  • Communicate feedback from clients

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in tech recruiting - a must

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales/customer success/account management - a must

  • Ability to build productive business and professional relationships

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in working independently in a high volume and dynamic environment

  • Highly motivated and target driven personality

  • Fluent English - a must

  • Experience working in a start-up environment - a plus
