We are looking for a Paralegal to support our Commercial Legal team. The Commercial team supports our various business channels by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, providing advice on legal and business decisions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Additionally, the successful candidate will help lead the team with the implementation and maintenance of a new matter management system. This is a great opportunity to work closely with internal business clients throughout the Company and across our spectrum of business channels.


•Provide support for Commercial team in connection with various types of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on procurement, sales, e-commerce, licensing, distribution, and marketing of goods and services
•Research and counsel on laws and regulations impacting various business channels
•Provide a key role in implementation and maintenance of new matter management system


•2-4 years of relevant experience (in-house or at a law firm), with a preference for experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements;
•Experience working with a matter management system;
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the legal team;
•Proven track record of accountability, attention to detail, and organization in a fast-paced environment;
•Strong sense of humor, collaboration, and flexibility;
•Ability to think autonomously and outside the box.
