We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team! This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties within the Human Resources department. They will be responsible for preparing new hire, termination, training, and benefit packets, perform data entry into the HRIS, and assist the HR Director and Generalist with updating and tracking of records. On occasion, they will perform receptionist duties by answering phone calls and sorting incoming mail. 


  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in an administrative/HR role
  • Extensive knowledge with all Microsoft Suite programs, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills both in Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
