Description

Intugo in partnership with Demandforce is searching for a Technical Support Representative who is outgoing, self-starter with a high want/need to serve in our growing client services department to collaborate with our new team in Mexico.

The ideal candidate should be goal oriented, highly organized, problem-solver who works well independently and in a team environment. You should be able to gather technical information from non-technical people, communicate resolutions to non-technical people in a timely manner, and have excellent follow-through and follow-up skills in an English only environment. 

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Answer Customer / Technical / Billing Support Calls
  • Contact Businesses or Private Individuals by Phone occasionally (outbound calls)
  • Submit Trouble Tickets
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Effectively Communicate Resolution to Customers (oral & written)
  • Effective Multi-tasker
  • Assist with Heavy Data Entry
