Lutsen Resort on Lake Superior is seeking a full-time, year-round Event Coordinator. Responsibilities include assisting in the execution and coordination of all weddings, business, and social group functions. Ideal candidate is highly-organized, detail-oriented, has excellent people skills, works well independently, and has strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Previous experience working with groups a plus.
Must have a high school diploma and at least six months' experience in the hospitality field. BA degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related field of study preferred.
