JOB OVERVIEW:

Support the manager in overseeing store operations and staffing

Ensure customer service, safety and corporate standards are being met

Schedule, train, mentor and coach sales associates

Participate in the merchandising and visual displays of products

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

3+ years’ experience in retail as an assistant manager or key holder

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skilled in leading, coaching and training a team

Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
