Position Title Process Improvement Manager (FVW8024)
Report To Director of Operations

Job Summary
Building the DNA

  1. Mentor LEAN and Green Belt projects towards completion and certification
  2. Evaluate implemented Best Practices by key functions and replicate successful implementations across other programs/accounts
  3. Coordinate with the Process Improvement Manager (s) to implement organizational- wide initiatives to drive the Process Improvement DNA (e.g. 'Bright Ideas Contest', Process Improvement Week, etc)

Duties/Responsibilities
Creating Business Impact Process Improvement/Intervention Management Support

  • Participate in 2-3 projects coordinated through the Quality/Training/Ops/HR/Other Support functions
  • Understanding and documenting the current state of the business/process
  1. Process objectives, CTQs and performance metrics
  2. Process maps, process description, business rules (regulatory)
  3. Identifying and mitigating risks via control plans
  • Coordinate with the Process Improvement Manager (s) to implement organizational- wide initiatives to drive the Process Improvement DNA (e.g. 'Bright Ideas Contest', Process Improvement Week, etc)

Key Stakeholder Interface and Support
(Internal and External)

  • Identify the key sources of opportunities in deployed programs(s)/account(s)
  1. Identify key levers that will bring about breakthrough in performance
  • Participate in operational reviews/meetings (internal
  1. Facilitate brainstorm sessions to identify sources of waste and inconsistent performanceF
  2. acilitate brainstorm sessions to identify key wins and key lowlights of performance
  • Attend key the need-to-know business reviews to identify key opportunities in vendor performance

Qualifications:

  • Process Improvement Governance
  1. Assist the Process Improvement Director with team assignments and goal settings as required
  2. Co- facilitate or attend weekly Process Improvement meetings, Project Presentations, or other PI- governance related gatherings
