What you need to succeed in this role:

5+ years’ experience in a senior administrative role

Excellent communication skills with English/French fluency

Strong proficiency in MS Office

Highly adaptable, organized and flexible

 

Job Overview:

Supports senior executives with correspondence, drafting letters and documents

Arrange appointments, travel, meetings and conferences

Compose and compile memos, spreadsheets and charts

Welcome and direct visitors in person or on telephone

Update and maintain HR systems including job descriptions, employee records, vacation and benefits

Support all departments with mail distribution and daily courier services

Coordinate staff social events
