PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct day to day operation in the claims handling, data entry and claims accounting functions.
  • Assist in maintenance and distribution of various risk management manuals, spreadsheets and property files including risk management and safety policy and procedure manuals.
  • Communicate with all departments to gather information needed on a case by case scenario
  • Provide support services to ensure smooth operation of risk management department.
  • Act as the facilitator of administrative duties for department head.
  • Assist with the preparation of operational and risk reports for management analysis.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding risk policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide support for other risk management functions and other projects as needed
  • All other duties assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Entry level insurance knowledge. will substitute for strong clerical skills.
  • Ability to comprehend basic legal terminology.
  • Will report to the director of retail operations. 
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Full time, Monday through Friday.
