As a Talent acquisition manager @ 888 you will be:
- Responsible for the Marketing division (B2C) recruitment.
- Working closely with hiring managers, guiding and advising through the selection process.
- Managing the recruitment processes end to end.
- Sourcing employee talent across various networks; target the best candidates in the industry. and promoting the company brand as an ‘employer of choice’.
- Performing HR interviews.
- Negotiating salary offers.
- Taking candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a professional and smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Working closely with divisional HRBPs.
This position is for you if you have:
- Previous recruitment experience – at least for 3 years (in the online industry an advantage).
- Previous experience in sourcing and headhunting via Social Media.
- Excellent English (both written and verbal).
- BA in behavioral sciences/psychology/social sciences.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and you are highly independent.
