Description

Our client, a leading and fast-growing multinational corporation focused on metering and other technologies, is seeking a CS First Line IT Support with English AND German to join their international IT team in Prague. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing high quality customer support for the company as a Single Point of Contact. You will maintain the remote access to customers systems and use systems for daily troubleshooting (e.g. incidents with the server) and providing all necessary support to the customers in a positive and professional manner.  You are a perfect fit for this position if your German is on a communicative level. Also you should be an accurate and customer oriented person with 2+ years of experience in the First or Second Level IT Support. Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Microsoft, IBM and servers as Windows and Linux is a must.  Our client offers a very competitive salary, stable international environment and a great opportunity to develop your technical skills.
