Lutsen Resort on Lake Superior is accepting applications for a full-time, year-round Sous Chef. This position reports to the Executive Chef and the Senior Sous Chef. Candidate must have a strong culinary background and proven leadership experience. Must be highly organized and work well as a team player. Ideal candidate has fine dining and banquet experience, as well as knowledge of food and labor cost control. Culinary school graduate or similar experience preferred, but will train promising applicant. Individuals with lead line cook experience looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply.
