If you want to work in an environment thatencourages you to be yourself and build upon your skills this is the role for you! What the job involvesAs a Customer Service Representative in Online Advertising you will be working on ourclients site to deliver a first class customer service experience by phone, email and chat.You will assist clients with advertising account optimisation while demonstrating a thoroughknowledge of all of our clients unique products. In this role you will focus on small tomedium companies that can benefit from Web-based advertising (AdWords) and growrevenue by upselling new products and features. Key activities include customer accountreviews, pro-actively establishing client satisfaction and ensuring adaptation of accountoptimisation.
