Job Summary

Reporting to the Recruitment Vice President and serving as an integral member of the human capital resource
management team, the Director of Recruitment - Business Support is responsible for the execution of Teleperformance Philippines 


  • Recruitment strategy and ensures that Recruitment Department is well represented in client meetings andpresentations
  • Establish and maintain effective partnership with various support groups and stakeholders
  • Provide support to the Business Development Team through the preparation of HR and Recruitment-related materials and data to be used for RFPs and client presentations
  • Serve as the primary contact for client visits requiring Recruitment and HR representation
  • Effectively engage with clients and other stakeholders by providing a holistic view of the end-to-end recruitment
  • process
  • Keep abreast of competitor initiatives and other possible market-affecting trends and ensure that the Recruitment Leadership Team is apprised
  • Analyze each stage of the process and actively participate in calibration sessions with training and operations to develop a thorough understanding of the hiring process, various agent profiles and possible challenges
  • Collaborate with other Recruitment Leaders in developing and designing marketing strategies and possible publications to be used for recruitment and specialized programs
  • Continually looks for improvement opportunities
  • Local travel required depending on business need


  • Bachelors and advanced degree and/or specialized training
  • At least 5 years previous experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Excellent track record in driving operational metrics and must have strong analytical skills to identify key opportunities and capitalize on market trends
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Competent in decision-making and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
