We provide our candidates with personalised and dedicated support on their journey to starting their new role and our clients a comprehensive and transparent process that mitigates risk.

Key Responsibilities:

    •Managing the on-boarding process from offer accept to employee start date
    •Educating and setting expectations with candidate about onboarding process
    •Maintaining contact with the candidates through the process
    •Entering and updating the vetting monitoring software with tracking details
    •Liaising with third party vetting providers
    •Collating and uploading documentation as required by clients
    •Meeting Key SLA’s
    •Communicating progress with Hiring Managers and Candidates and internal recruitment team, highlighting any potential delays and mitigations
    •Ensure contracts are processed and compliant with relevant employment legislation
    •Ensuring work is completed and compliant through a defined process
    •Maintaining electronic files and ensuring these are kept up to date during the on-boarding process
    •Effectively managing queries via phone and email to resolution
    •Providing reporting as required
    •Performing other administrative duties as required


    •The working environment demands an ability to work in a fast paced environment, while providing a quality service and will require someone who can cope well under pressure
    •Excellent customer services skills
    •Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •Intermediate MS Office Word, Excel



    •Previous experience working in a HR or recruitment administration environment
    •A basic understanding of contract law
