We are looking for a Clinical Telephone Manager with health knowledge for an important Insurance Company.It is essential to have experience in customer service, with a native level of Italian.   As a Telephone Manager you will be part of the customer service team, reporting directly to the platform coordinator. You will be responsible for analyzing the diagnosis and background of the clients, in order to report a complete report. Your main functions will consist of: - Telephone attention of the Italian client from a clinical point of view.-Investigate about the health status and background of the client, as a telephone survey.We are looking for a person with the following knowledge and experiences: -Titulation or Training of the Health and Health Area-Valuable experience in Customer Service, telephone or in person-Indispensable native Italian, spoken and written-Computer-level computing (computer management, email, ...)- Personal skills: communication, organization, customer orientation, empathy ...-Indefinite contract-Full intensive afternoon session, from Monday to Friday Language: Italian
