We are looking for a Project and Marketing Expert. If you like to analyze requirements, plan and implement strategic plans, this is the job for you. You’ll have the opportunity to think, create, execute, measure and report the campaign's effectiveness.

• A business analysis of on-going projects, connecting business units and the remaining areas, defining processes and solutions for the upgrade of the operations’ quality, price reduction, and general optimization;
• Business objectives’ analysis, requirements’ specification and follow-up of the implementation of new services or campaigns;
• Analysis of the business guidelines and solutions development for the optimization of the company’s current resources, such as databases, telecommunications or others;
• Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers;
• Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns, reporting regularly results and evaluation of KPIs;
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns;
• Work within a budget and report any overspend;
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluate campaigns.

Your Profile
• Degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Sciences, and Marketing;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Previous experience as a Project Manager and Marketing (mandatory);
• Previous Contact Center or BPO experience (preferable);
• Strong experience with MS Office (namely MS Excel) and MS Project;
• Strong negotiation and conflict mediation abilities;
• Organized, goal oriented;
• Be able to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns;
• Be good with numbers;
• Have analytical skills.
