Assisted Living Facility - Harwich, MA

Job Summary

Executive Director/Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living facility to assure the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee management and day to day operations of the facility.
  • Conduct assessments, develop service plans, and coordinate service needs.
  • Ensure conformance with the annual budget.
  • Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.
  • Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan.
  • Provide a positive work environment for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

We seek the following principal qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Qualified candidates must possess a current (RN or LPN) nursing license in the Commonwealth of MA.
