As we continue to build out our brand new RPO solution for a leading Private Healthcare provider in the United Kingdom we are now seeking a Recruitment Business Partner.
Our client is a leading independent hospital group in the UK, and the largest in terms of revenue. With 39 hospitals, 10 clinics and 2 Specialist Cancer Care Centres across England, Wales and Scotland, our client provide diagnostics, in-patient, day case and out-patient care.
The Resourcing Business Partners are critical in driving client engagement and relationship building across the allocated hospitals within their regions. The RBP will partner regional HR Business Partners on all things Talent & Recruitment providing a seamless service for all hospital and central functions staff. Working with key hiring staff to develop robust workforce planning and supporting the delivery team with information and assistance in vacancy fulfilment, this is a critical role during this period of change for the business.
You will be the “go to” person locally in region and be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships and serve as a strategic business advisor to hiring. You will have a solid understanding of the organization, business initiatives, act as a brand ambassador for the client and represent the overall talent acquisition strategy to the community.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between hiring leaders and the recruitment team and ensure client expectations are managed and met.
Technical skills and qualifications are obviously important. But alone they’re simply not enough. We need people who innovate, collaborate and execute. People who don’t see problems, but solutions. People who really get things done.
In addition to this you will need:
•Strong recruitment experience working in an in-house or RPO environment
•Background in healthcare
•Willingness to travel frequently
•KPI and reporting management
