Description

That starts with a Culture of Excellence and can do attitude that believes in giving employees the climate for initiative and growth.     Your key responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for leading the full life-cycle recruitment processes for the top government sector clients across the Europe.   You will source highly qualified proffessionals and create shortlists using various channels;It will be your task to arrange online recruitment conferences and onsite meetings with candidates;It will be expected from you to spot the top talents by carrying out behavioral interviews and technical backgroud checks;You will be selecting the best Candidates for each position, making sure their profiles stand out and shine amongst the competition;It will also be your responsibility to negotiate the conditions of cooperation with each of your Candidates and to introduce them into Vector Synergy and NATO working standards and procedures;You will be enhancing the employment brand through all channels (web, social media, career fairs, internal communication, etc.);You will be taking care of best practices in recruitment and keeping the candidate experience at the top level;Together with your Team Leader and other Team Members you will be responsible for meeting the monthly and yearly goals and targets by completing the recruitment processes according to the tight deadlines.  Skills and attributes for success: At least 1 year of professional experience in the recruitment area;High degree of professionalism and confidentiality;Knowledge and experience in using the proffessional sourcing and recruitment tools and methods;Flexibility and ability to prioritise in order to achieve goals;Ability to complete high volume tasks with efficiency and pace;Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications;Analytical skills;Very strong negotiation skills;Excellent interpersonal competences;Strong English communication skills both verbal and written;Knowledge and experience in recruiting for the IT branch will be an asset.We offer stable working conditions and performance- based bonuses.   Language: English; Portuguese; Polish
