Job Description: 
SAP Service Manager
Client is primarily looking for SAP Service Manager who has following expertise:

  • Should be experienced as Project Manager who has managed at least three AMS accounts with offshore support model (This should be his latest experience)
  • Should be Techno-Functional background, technical should be ABAP and functional could be any module within ECC for at-least 5 years (This should be his past experience)
  • Hands on will be limited to requirement gathering, playback the requirements to the offshore team, review Functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong client facing skills. Must be able to effectively manage and communicate with the client.
