Lutsen Resort is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time, year-round Group Sales Director. Primary responsibilities include marketing; sales; and creating contracts for all weddings, corporate, and social group functions at the resort.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, extremely well organized, and able to work independently. A high level of customer service along with excellent communication and people skills are critical to this role. A four-year hospitality-related degree preferred; a minimum of three years’ experience in the hospitality/tourism field, including one year of subordinate supervision or the equivalent work experience required.
