Financial and Administrative Controller
For over 100 years this growing heavy equipment dealership has provided superior service to the Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec markets.
In this role you will manage the financial administration.
•Enter and process invoices and payments in the accounting system
•Prepare deposits as needed and collect mail;
•Process payments and answers all inquiries in regards to customer accounts
•Manage purchase invoices and warranty claims;
•Balance, record and produce the financial statements;
•Respond to customers for billing and account statements;
•Issue invoices, bills and customer account statements.
•Perform the entire payroll process, according to the procedures in place, and answering employees' questions (ex : group insurance benefits, RRSP, etc.);
•Produce and analyze the required payroll reports;
•Administrative support ;
•Maintain office supplies inventory
•Support departments for clerical tasks;
•Comply with health and safety regulations and policies.
•Accounting or administrative collegial Diploma;
•3 to 5 years of experience;
•Bilingualism (French and English), good written and verbal communication
•Strong PC and MS office suite skills
•Excellent sense of responsibility and autonomy;
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent customer service;
•Ability to adapt and learn quickly;
•Ability to work as a team
