Key Accountabilities

  • Meet required filing deadlines with regulatory authorities

  • Ensure accurate record keeping of all supporting documents

  • Ensure service tax, withholding tax and all tax submissions are accurately and on-time

  • Performance of HR & Admin department

Key Responsibilities

  • Annual budget planning

  • Budget control

  • Manage payment process

  • Prepare monthly budget and projections and cash flow planning

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement)

  • Business & financial model research of other players in the market

  • Market research and sizing of new opportunities

  • Liaise with Cradle, MDEC and other government agencies

  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent and accountant

  • Manage team member and outsource of the department

  • Source and apply for grants, subsidies and startup challenges/program

  • Oversee HR and Admin executives

  • Responsible for legal, compliance and ISO standard related tasks

  • Work closely with CEO on fundraising exercises

Requirements

  • 4 or more years experience as Financial Manager and above

  • Experience in either startup or VC is a must

  • Experience in SaaS startup is a bonus

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Excellent and proven communication skill

  • Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
