Brief Description: We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant and Data Entry clerk to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one and in a group setting basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
 

Requirements
 

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s Degree/AA Degree/High School degree??

Responsibilities:
 

  • Personal Assistant
    1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
    2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
    4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    5. Make travel arrangements
    6. Take dictation and minutes
    7. Source office supplies
  • Data Entry
    1. Maintaining electronic files
    2. Verify data by comparing it to source documents
    3. Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
    4. Research Ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Minimum Qualification: High School Or GED
  • Salary structure $500

Part-time 40hrs a week
Minimum wage $500 a week
