Description: Organization Our client is a leading international service provider that thrives on digital technology.  Function As a Customer Support Agent, your main objective will be to improve the customer experience by assisting with their technical queries:You will be responsible for: - Handle calls/emails in both German and English,- Inbound and Outbound communication with the customers,- Hardware requests regarding smartphones, computers, portable media player, digital media player, and home smart speaker.
