Panda TS, a leading international broker technology vendor that offers advanced solutions and advisory services to the brokerage industry is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and analyze the customer’s needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
  • Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the client’s needs and those of the company
  • Optimizing customer performance
  • Growing Revenue

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2-3 years’ experience as Success Manager – Must
  • Experience in the online Forex or Gaming industry - advantage
  • Knowledge of development lifecycles
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects, risks and issues
  • Customer facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
  • Ability to work effectively with and balance the needs of both Business and Engineering team members
