We are seeking anAccountin Assistantto work 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for this temp-to-hire role is $14.00-$16.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!
Accounting Clerk Main Responsibilities:
- •Data Entry •Collection of past due accounts •Research deductions taken from payments •Process Import documents •Process credit card payments •Provide front desk support including answering the door to check in visitors, receiving and distributing mail and faxes and making daily deposits
Accounting Clerk Key Requirements:
- •Minimum Trade or technical school education •Ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of AR and/or AP experience •Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail •Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word •Previous experience with AR and/or AP functions
