We have an outstanding Contract position for a Program Manager Architect to join a leading Company located in the Ft Meade, MD surrounding area.

The Program Manager is responsible for all functions relating to the planning, development, and delivery of accurate floor plans and facility room numbering standardization to manage multiple buildings across a large, multi-purpose government campus. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the updating of baseline floorplans and uniform room numbering. Additionally, the Manager will assess the current wayfinding posture of buildings and provide recommendations.

Responsibility Overview:

- Data capture, transfer, and transcription according to industry best practices.

- Develop and oversee the measurement of architectural elements across a large government campus.

- Ensure data is recorded in a secure, accurate manner.

- Review existing inventory of wayfinding signage campus-wide.

- Identify wayfinding anomalies to determine remediation recommendations.

- Produce wayfinding recommendations for a complete overhaul of a subset of buildings.

- Provide recommendations of a set of evergreen, scalable standards that may be applied to reach campus uniformity for both current and future usage.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to oversee a team of individuals with a subset of team members working atypical business hours.

- Five years of experience working in Federal facilities management.

- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

- Five years of experience managing facility condition assessments, preparing facility cost estimates and budgets, and developing programming and execution strategies for maintenance and repair of complex facilities.

- Ability to prioritize, distribute, and delegate tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field

Desired Qualifications:

- Registered Architect or Professional Engineer highly desirable.

- Strong working knowledge of ANSI/BOMA and/or NBSAP standards.

- Working knowledge of GIS.
