$45,000 plus benefits and group RRSP

 

Summary of the role:

North American branch of an international organization is seeking to add a dynamic individual to their team

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

You have 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable and receivables, enjoy a lot of variety in your day and thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Perform full cycle accounts payable and receivables

Enter invoices, cheques and payments into the system

Prepare vendor payments

Bank reconciliation

Follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies

Assist with monthly reporting

Cross train to back up the administrative clerk

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

2+ years experience in a similar role

Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or finance

Detail oriented with strong organization skills

Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office

Good communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
