Call Center Supervisor
In this role you will join an exciting and dynamic organization specializing in Legal services. In this opportunity filled career position you will supervise the daily operations of the call center through leadership, training, development and organization of the team to ensure the client needs are achieved.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Your verbal and written communication in English and French are superior
- You are experienced developing and directing teams, training and quality control.
- You are a coach, a mentor and empower the team
- You understand and empathize with clients
- You are confident and assured and quickly absorb and communicate detailed information
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Studies, Legal field preferred but not required
- Call center experience required. Must understand call center demands and metrics
- Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English and French
- Must have strong experience the areas of staff development and direction, training, quality control, and document preparation
- Good listener and customer service oriented
