The Role

Our Accounting department impacts every internal department as well as vendors outside of the company.  As a Part Time Accounting Clerk, you will perform assistance to the Accounting department with clerical and data entry functions for Foley Industries and related operating entities.

What you will do in this job:

  • Scanning of vendor invoices, credit card expense reports, and other items as needed
  • Inputting vendor invoices coded from various departments throughout the company
  • Matching and verifying invoices against A/P checks, preparing checks for mail, counting envelopes for mail validation report
  • Work closely with the Accounting Supervisor and staff on all assignments and duties
  • Participate in special projects with Accounting Supervisor, Controller, and other Accounting personnel as needed

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of one year prior accounting clerical experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Strong attention to detail
