We are looking for a candidate to fill an exciting new role as the International Marketing and Planning Coordinator. This position is an integral part of the International department where you will work closely with the marketing and planning teams to ensure various programs and processes run efficiently without any delays to ultimately support the growth potential from Dermalogica's International Distributor Partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for various brand marketing activities & projects as needed
  • Lead creative requests for international marketing team and international distributor markets
  • Must be able to collaborate with other departments and meet project timelines
  • Compile updates from International Markets for monthly highlight newsletter
  • Distribute marketing information created by Global Marketing department to International Distributors
  • Point of contact for desired marketing assets for International Distributor teams
  • Manage International Distributor access to internal Dermalogica sites
  • Support International Marketing Associate Manager with successful execution of international event(s) and large group visits to Dermalogica Headquarters
  • Review Excess Inventory Report monthly for potential promotional offers to propose to International Distributor Partners
  • Manage timelines, documents, and payments for submitted marketing activities from International Distributor Partners through the International Co-op Program on a quarterly basis
  • Responsible for operational aspects such as (but not limited to): collecting forecasts pre- and post launch, preparing order forms, control form maintenance and follow up, PIBs and tracking backorders

Education and/or Experience:
  • College degree in marketing, business or a related field of study
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Computer savvy; skilled in Microsoft Suite and use of the internet
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and presentational
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Interest in the skin care, health and beauty industries; experience in one or more of these industries is ideal
  • General understanding of international business and multicultural differences

  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
