Description

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Place pickup and delivery orders
  • Verify information through multiple software.
  • Maintain clear records of all transactions
  • Create activity reports
  • Make and receive phone calls
  • Maintaining required standards set by the department
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative/ clerical experience.
  • Bilingual (English- Spanish)
  • Proficiency in ms excel (medium level) and outlook
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
