Key areas of responsibility:
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Place pickup and delivery orders
- Verify information through multiple software.
- Maintain clear records of all transactions
- Create activity reports
- Make and receive phone calls
- Maintaining required standards set by the department
- Adherence to company policies and procedures Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative/ clerical experience.
- Bilingual (English- Spanish)
- Proficiency in ms excel (medium level) and outlook
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
