Description

The Role

When a customer calls, we want to ensure our Customer Care Center is able to quickly direct them to the right person. The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and development of our customer care representatives, and will be responsible for cultivating the knowledge and skills required to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

What you will do in this job:

  • Invest time developing and motivating employees (directly supervise 5-10 employees)
  • Serve as an information source, answer questions and assist in customer complaint resolution
  • Monitor calls and evaluate performance of the team – providing recognition and corrective feedback
  • Support and assist the Training & Organizational Development Director with projects and other activities
