Description

Matrix global, the offshore division of matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 10,000 professionals, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting the entire recruitment process
• Managing all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, recruitment agencies and pro-active headhunting
• Coordinating and conduct telephone interviews, face to face interviews, playing an active role in the candidate selection process
• Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
• Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries
• Taking active part in the employer branding activities
• Organize and participate in our initiatives and events

Skills/Competencies Required:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a recruiter in the Bulgarian IT market.
• Good level of English communication skills
• Past experience in managing recruitment cycle.
• Ability to conduct interviews to potential candidates over the phone and face to face
• Past experience conducting negotiation with candidate.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Proven team-player
• Can do approach
• Good prioritization and organizational skills
