Description

Lutsen Resort on Lake Superior is seeking to hire a full-time Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of accounting within the company and the four homeowner associations. This is a salaried, year-round position part of the core management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statements (Reconciliation, General Ledger, Closing Entries)
  • Owner Statements
  • Accounts Payable
  • Account Receivable
  • Oversee Payroll

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting strongly preferred or at least 5 years’ experience in a full-time accounting position
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel required
