Description

Essential job responsibilities:

  • Liaison between our employees, corporate and Intugo by assisting with follow
    upon recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, disciplinary actions and any other
    employee needs.
  • Manage activations/deactivate of employee credentials, ADP, Compli, Litmos suite access, parking passes draft, manage and release Guadalajara office policies and memos to employees on behalf of corporate executives and Intugo.
  • Work with it to escalate equipment and network issues.
  • Vendor management- the primary point of contact for external vendors and parties
    procurement of employee uniforms and promo items.
  • Facility management. Ensure the site is maintained to company standard by timely
    scheduling repairs, monitoring cleaning company’s work, and cleaning schedules,
    reminding employees of policies and ensuring security equipment is properly
    functioning.
  • Rearrange employees as per the needs of each department.
