Summary of the role;

This Mississauga location of a large international logistics company is seeking a finance administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate thrives in the fast paced large organization and enjoys variety in a role that offers a blend of accounting and administrative support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Verify, approve and process invoices and credits

Create invoices for receivables

Reconcile and verify staff work hours

Create purchase orders and requisitions

Review and verify expense reports

Produce and distribute productivity reports

Manage travel accounts, scheduling and expense reporting

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Diploma or degree in accounting administration or business or finance

Knowledge and experience in accounting and finance administration in a large organization

Advanced skill level in Excel and Access

Highly organized and able to prioritize to meet deadlines
