Description

Royal Braintree Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has an opportunity for a Fulltime (40 hours per week) - Supervisor to join our team. 

Eves 3pm to 11pm

The Supervisor nursing position has 24 hour accountability and is responsible for the delivery of high quality and cost effective health care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient family and employee satisfaction. He/She is responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination and direction of nursing and patient care for the assigned unit. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Clinical Leadership: Plans, organizes, directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care provided on the unit to achieve clinical and financial outcomes Provides professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff. Contacts attending physician to obtain orders as indicated (admission, change in condition, etc). 

Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Nursing Degree as well as 2 years of nursing experience Successful completion of experience in leadership (head nurse, supervisor, etc.)

Qualified candidates must possess a current (RN/LPN) nursing license in the Commonwealth of MA.  

Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the heart of Weymouth Landing where Braintree, Weymouth and Quincy converge, and within easy walking distance of public transit. We are easily accessible from South Shore Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess/Milton, and all Boston hospitals.
