Are you comfortable with detail-oriented work? Our office is currently looking for a temporary accounting clerk. Under the general direction of the Accounting Manager, this person is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll and benefits processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Code and Process Accounts Payable
  • Review Provider invoices to ensure they meet contract terms and ensure timely payment
  • Effectively Communicate with Providers to answer inquiries
  • Code and Process Accounts Receivable
  • Code and Process Payroll and Benefits
  • Perform Billing-Related duties
  • Ensures accurate account coding to the General Ledger
  • Ensures accounts are reconciled in the General Ledger
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail documents and correspondence
  • Distribute and file documents and correspondence
