NEW- HR Manager - PNG
Mission Aviation Fellowship is an international Christian organisation whose mission is to fly light aircraft, and to use other technologies to bring help and hope to people in some of the world’s poorest communities. Every four minutes a MAF aircraft is taking off or landing somewhere in the world to assist missions, churches, aid and development agencies, and other local groups to transform lives and share the love of God. We operate in over 30 countries with over 130 aircraft.
Being a global organisation, sometimes working in very remote locations can be challenging and our Human Resource department is key in providing support, guidance and care to all our staff.Papua New Guinea (PNG) is one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world. It is also one of the most rural, as only 18% of its people live in urban centres. Most of the population live in very remote areas where walking is the only option. Getting to the nearest hospital or town often involves days of treacherous trekking through hills, rivers and forests.

This would involve you working with the PNG Orientation Committee, MAFI Recruitment team and management of HR functions.
As the HR manager in PNG, you will oversee all the maintenance of employment contracts, housing agreements and be involved in implementing effective HR policies, procedures and systems.
