Rockstar Personnel is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a direct hire position. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and determine causes of operating problems in areas including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:  Perform preventive maintenance and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs to production and mechanical equipment, machinery, and components  Determine causes of operating problems, consult schematics, and order replacement parts  Perform high voltage electrical repairs (e.g. controls, relays)  Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using electrical and electronic test equipment  Lay-out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production electronic components, parts, switch panels, etc.  May test new equipment, troubleshoot operation, and make adjustments to equipment  Maintain and complete all required records  Follow and teach all safety rules and practices  Be involved in safety committees or initiatives  Perform other duties as assigned Qualified candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position will have the following combination of skills and experience:  Minimum of 5 years of supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment  Electrical certification strongly preferred  High School Diploma or GED  Ability to lead by example with the ability to teach and maintain company policy  Ability to safely and efficiently perform all essential functions  Manage team members to keep the plant operational during a two-shift workday schedule  Good communication skills and the ability to under pressure  Skilled in Microsoft Excel Working Conditions:  Manufacturing Environment. Extended periods of Standing, Walking, Crouching, Working at heights, Bending and Lifting on a daily basis. Exposure to various safety hazards including electricity, heavy machinery and hazardous chemicals.

Reports to Maintenance Manager
