Job Description

Primary Function:

The Operations Manager (OM) will be a part of the management team to include overseeing the human resources duties and managing the daily operations of the contract providing operational excellence to a team of Counselors who are based out of or near a military installation, working out of a school, Child Development Center (CDC), camp, Youth and Teen Center, installation family center, National Guard and Reserve Force HQ or other facility. Locations include installations in almost all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories or commonwealth, as well as some foreign locations.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for guaranteeing Government worldwide assignment requests currently provided via Technical Direction Letters (TDLs) are fulfilled in a timely manner, execution of all work assignment logistics and travel to meet assignments are completed and coordinated with the applicable stakeholders’ POCs per worksite, etc.
Ensures efficient and effective operational procedures and processes to enable successful contract execution.
Oversees the human resources duties and manages the daily operations of the contract.
Effectively executes all work assignment logistics and travel to ensure domestic and international assignments are completed and coordinated with the applicable stakeholders’ POCs per worksite, etc.
Participates in other contract activities as assigned/appropriate.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, and/or similar academic profession.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing program operations for an international, globally dynamic, geographically dispersed, rapidly changing and diverse program environment.
At least five years of experience with human resources management and worksite/assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications.
Fluent in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Possess a current and valid U.S. state/territory vehicle operator’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of experience overseeing and/or supervising counseling professionals and program operations of similar scope to this requirement (e.g.—mental health fields such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling).
At least two years of experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract.
At least two years of experience supporting military organizations.
Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, and/or similar academic profession.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Work involves sitting for prolonged periods of time.

This position is notional and contingent upon contract award.
