HR BUSINESS PARTNER | PERM

PLYMOUTH |COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY

This HR Business Partner will partner with HR to deliver best practice and HR solutions in support of the business. You will help manage an array of critical HR processes and business-based initiatives. You will help facilitate the year-end process that drives a high performance culture as a means of driving business improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

Performance management- support 30 employees while assisting in performance management issues including delivering warnings and performance improvement plans

Facilitate talent reviews- run reports, prepare spreadsheets and discuss performance ratings to ensure consistency across the organization

Generate reports for the HRIS- pull reports as requested

Employee relations- assist with all types of employee relations issues

Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying Human Resources tools in order to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance

Embed a performance management culture within the business site as a means of driving business improvement

Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent and 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience•Thorough knowledge of a broad range of Human Resources responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
•Experience of advising on Employee Relations issues. •Demonstrate evidence of influencing and coaching skills. •Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities. •Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high-touch personal way. •Ability to develop creative solutions. •Build relationships with external partners and internal teams
