Our company is in perpetual motion and grows every day.  Customer Service & Sales Specialist with Marketing - Czech   Your responsibilities: Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat and social media channels)Processing orders and solving customer issuesSupporting eCommerce projects and dealing with partner sites and marketplacesProviding Marketing support eg. translations of product descriptions, newsletters and offers from English to CzechEnsure high level of customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportGo the extra mile to engage our customers!We are willing to employ you to work remotely!You can work part-time as well! Requirements: Who are we looking for: The job offer is for native speakers or for proficient users of Czech (spoken and written)You have great written and communications skillsYou have a bachelor degree or higher (business administration and marketing is a plus) - would be an advantage but is not compulsoryIntermediate level of English or Polish is essentialYou are an all-rounded, self-motivated, problem solver and an entrepreneurial person with hands-on mentalityYou are passionate and self-driven and able to work in a start-up environmentYou are ideally located in Szczecin (Poland) or would like to relocate.
