                                                For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a

                                                                                    Key Account Support Specialist

 

Your Role:

You will work closely with the core teams managing the Key suppliers of Bombardier Transportation by focusing on overall performance of the suppliers, accounts reconciliations & financial planning (overdues, cash out, parked invoices).

 

Your Challenges:

-         Prepare the Quarterly business reviews documentation and act as SPOC between Procurement and other functions

-         Execute projects heatmaps & coordinate data gathering from Eng, Quality, Finance, SQA teams;

-         Keep the relationship with the big suppliers related to account reconciliation process;

-         Run weekly meeting with supplier finance team to address topics and align on invoices status;

-         Set up follow up calls with BT sites to push execution on parked invoices;

-         Give weekly status to BT management on financial status for the specific suppliers;

-         Analyse overdues data and other financial data and make recommendations on how to best manage the financial/payments plans.

 

 Your Qualifications

-         Education: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Economics;

-         Experience: 3 – 5 years of work experience in Finance Area, especially account payable and controlling;

-         Excel Knowledge (at least at medium level);

-         Strong Negotiation / Influencing skills;

-         Solid communication and presentation skills;

-         Very good AP knowledge;

-         Proficiency in English.
