The HMDA-ECOA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that accurate HMDA data is maintained and that applications are processed in required ECOA timelines.
Essential/Primary Job Functions:
Representing the department in a professional and enthusiastic manner by provided an exceptional customer service and support to internal staff; Review of system completion and documents to confirm accurate and complete HMDA data has been collected and recorded; Issuing notices required under ECOA; Utilizing reports to facilitate pipeline management
Job Requirements for Essential/Primary Job Functions:
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to work independently as well as in team environment; Intermediate computer skills; Attention to detail; Understanding of flow of mortgage production process; Understanding of HMDA data requirements; Understanding of ECOA timeline requirements
College degree or minimum of 2 years mortgage experience
